Information we collect

We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, or location data. The app does not include advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, or user accounts.

Information stored on your device

Schedule titles, dates, recurrence settings, date markers, language, and color preferences are stored locally by iOS for the app to work. This information is not sent to us or to a third-party service by Paper Calendar.

Apple Calendar access

Paper Calendar does not automatically read from or write to Apple Calendar.

• Import: only after you open Settings, choose calendars and a date range, and confirm. The app copies selected event details into its local storage; source events are not modified or deleted.
• Export: only after you choose Export in Settings and confirm. The app copies your Paper Calendar schedules to a writable Apple Calendar.
• Permission: iOS asks for Calendar access when an import or export action requires it. You can revoke access at any time in iPhone Settings.

Deleting your data

The Reset Paper Calendar Schedules action deletes only schedules stored inside Paper Calendar. It never deletes events from Apple Calendar, iCloud, Google, Outlook, or other calendar accounts. Removing the app also removes its local data, subject to any device backup managed by you and Apple.

Third parties and sharing

We do not sell or share data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers. The app uses Apple system frameworks to display the interface, store local preferences, and perform user-requested Calendar operations.

Children’s privacy

Because Paper Calendar does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change is released.
